As employee #2 at Great Learning, I headed sales for the business school, helping scale one of India's premier executive education platforms to serve thousands of working professionals. I then transitioned to Royal Bank of Scotland as a Senior Leader for 3+ years, where I gained deep insights into how Fortune 500 enterprises approach technology transformation, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

The Hard Lessons

After a couple of failed ventures, I learned what every successful entrepreneur discovers: failure is the best teacher. These experiences gave me a unique perspective on why promising strategies fail in execution and what it takes to build resilient, scalable operations that survive market pressures.

Building and Scaling Success

I founded and scaled Growthfluence, a consulting firm helping IT and software companies acquire enterprise customers and accelerate business growth. Through hundreds of client engagements, I developed frameworks for navigating complex B2B sales cycles and understanding how enterprises actually make technology decisions—insights that proved crucial for my later AI work.

After successfully building and exiting a product company, I joined Xerago as Chief Business Officer, a digital and AI transformation firm, where I worked directly with mid-market and enterprise companies implementing AI at scale. This role gave me front-row access to what works—and what fails—in real-world AI implementations across multiple industries.
